 UPVC - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

PARTITION PROFILES: Window outer profile of frame size of 60w x 58h mm; mullion/transom profile of frame size of 60 x 72h mm and door outer profile of frame size 72w x 60h mm; mullion profile size of 56w x 63h; shutter (sash) profile of frame size of 102w x 60h mm

HARDWARE: The profile section should be compatible for single glazing using high quality stainless steel Friction stays of 304 Grade and other suitable fixtures.

PARITION SHEET: UPVC sheet.

GASKET: The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene di-monomer) of high quality with double gasket sealing between the outer frame and the shutter (sash) frame.

GLASS: Hermetically sealed single glass insulated unit using 4 mm thickness toughen glass.

 GI REINFORCEMENT: All the profile sections will have reinforced with GI sheet of 1.2+_0.5mm thickness. The reinforcement must have cleared a 20 days Salty Spray Test as per ASTM-B-117 guidelines from any testing agency as decided by Engineer-in-charge.

COUPLERS: MS Pipe construction 60x60mm 2mm thickness with painted finish for support.

FABRICATION WORK: 

•        Vendor is responsible for UPVC MS pipe fabrication work.

•        MS pipe installation for all will aligned.

•        Painting is vendor’s scope.

•        Base plate should be 125x125mm, 5mm thickness.

•        Floor tile cutting and closing is vendor’s scope.
